Who can schedule a consultation?
Adults located in Florida may request a complimentary virtual consultation. Amanda will review your health information and discuss whether treatment may be medically appropriate for you.
Is the initial consultation really complimentary?
Yes. The initial virtual consultation is complimentary, and there is no monthly membership. Medication is purchased per vial only if prescribed.
Is care available throughout Florida?
Yes. Nuvo provides virtual consultations for patients located in Florida, subject to clinical eligibility and applicable requirements.
Does scheduling guarantee I will receive medication?
No. Medication is prescribed only when medically appropriate after your health history and individual needs are reviewed.
How are medication and supplies provided?
If prescribed, medication, supplies, and shipping are included. Your medication ships overnight, cold-packed, directly to you; please allow 5–7 days after your prescription for the pharmacy to prepare and ship it. Pharmacy information is provided on the packaging and labels.
Will I receive support after the consultation?
Yes. Ongoing clinical support and follow-up are included with your individualized treatment plan.
Are there contracts or hidden fees?
No. There are no contracts, memberships, or hidden fees. Nuvo sells medication by the vial, not by length of time.
Do you offer anything besides weight-loss medication?
Yes. Nuvo offers prescription vitamin and lipotropic home injection kits, like BioBoost Plus, after a virtual consultation and when clinically appropriate.
Where do the medications come from?
Nuvo partners with licensed, accredited U.S. 503A and 503B sterile compounding pharmacies. Pharmacy contact information is included on your medication packaging and labels.
